WOW! I have seen that Janine is up and about, so I waited for her wonderful morning post, but nothing.

I am up and my coffee is in my cup. A great start for a great day.

Not much planned for today. This morning I have a doc appointment for my back, and then the Mentel Health Family Gathering later in the day. (Where I work use to be MH, but now we are a part of the county hospital) Some of the people I have not seen in 10 years or more, and they are some wonderful people. Today is going to be a great day all around.

So what do you have planned for today? and tomorrow? Remember: Just because its the weekend, do NOT forget your vitumins, and water. Also: Protein frist.

     I actually just got off work and am going to take a nap before I go to the Bay Area meet and Greet @11.  Then I am going to run errands and get a pedicure to pamper myself and have pretty toes for Tues.  I can't wait  until I join the Loser's bench.  Hope everyone has a great day!      Melissa

WOW! Tuesday is coming up fast. Soon you are going to be a loser, and what a great loser you a going to make. I got my hands and feet done before my surgery also. My toes where **** red. I love that color, and I use it often on my toes.

it's a beautiful drizzly morning,, i love the rain it's so awsome..i'm cleaning today lots of it...and then sunday i'm going to bf;s work and helping him with the computers,,, he's redoing the server at work and i got to help him with the employees mail boxes... it's pretty cool though i'm learning computer stuff.. i'm drinking my cup of joe already mmmm ,,, i got the sf syurps and man there good in my coffee... so what are you guys up too?  well i hope everyone has a great day..

Morning LuLu...thanks for posting for sure....I was reading the boards and I had such a friggin headache that I said....I just know someone is going to post or will and crawled back to bed. I still have the horrible headache.

It is super windy down here the desert....looks like a bad storm blowing in for sure and I think that is one of the reasons my head is hurting so bad. I still cannot get over this stupid cold crap either!

Anywho....my school laptop blew up....well the motherboard fried they think as it did not have any power....dang....I panicked Thursday for sure because I use the laptop for doing the yearbook and and and all and I mean ALL my powerpoints and teaching stuff is in that computer.

So I said the the Geek Squad guy how much does it cost to fix? He said as much if not more than a new one would cost that would be more efficient. You're guessing I bought a new one...right? You bet!

I have a big laptop that I am on right now, but I hate hauling it to school because one it is heavy and I paid too much for it to have at school. I like the new one I got, but OMG Vista sucks!!! Jeff laughed and said that I could have XP installed...as he put it an upgrade downgrade...hehehehehe. I will learn to use Vista.

Pretty much I am not a PC person....I have always been a MAC gal...(makeup too), but I have to run on PC to work the school stuff. Bummer eh?

Well that is my story and I am sticking to it. I am sure glad I decided not to work this weekend as the weather would not be conducive to working with thin set out there. It would dry out lickety split!!! It would be like having a giant blowdryer on it! LOL

I have my friend here visiting...we figured out we have been friends since '76 how scary is that?

Happy Saturday Morning my Skip-To-My-Lu, and all the Cali Crew!

I'm out in the "family room" and it is a cool, dampish morning here. Just so autumn like! Looking forward to a cool weekend and I hope we get some of that rain the weathercasters are talking about. My garden would love that! But not TOO much cause I am wanting to continue my autumn garden chores and don't want the weekend to be a washout!!!

This afternoon D and I are going over to Moms and D is making dinner for her, Brother Walter and us. Tomorrow's plans all depend on the weather, yard work if it isn't too wet.

Heads up to the Inlnad Empire Peeps.... two weeks from this morning is our October Inland Empire Loser's Support Meeting at 10am. Be sure to mark your calendars kids.... it's going to be a good one!

Not to mention it is only six weeks from today for our TOMS FARMS get together!!!

Well, time for me to get to Lowes for some supplies and get going before the "rain" arrives!
