Just wanted to let you all know that our own Kirsten, Kevin and Brian W finished the San Jose RNR half marathon.

Brian W: 2:28
Kirsten and Kevin : 2:49. They finished together. It was also a personal best for them.
I am not sure if it was a personal best for Brian but, I am so thrilled for all three of them.

No ya wouldn't. ANyone can do it. The training we all received was with APLA. Its basically couch potato to marathon.

Now that I think about it I might have done a half marathon at the mall today lol. I dont know my feet are fussy. Id have to wear old lady shoes. :)
