Good Tuesday Morning Cali

Happy Tuesday, Janine! My back is okay ... My head has been more of a problem! But you know what I have noticed lately with regard to my back? My tailbone! I didn't know I had one - it's been covered in fat for too many years!  Last night when I was leaving my sister's house I picked up my younger niece (the 50-ish pound child) to hug and kiss her goodbye ... So then of course the older one wanted me to pick her up to hug and kiss her! She is almost eight years old and somewhere in the neighborhood of 75lbs ... I love her to death and when I am sitting down I can hold her for days, but standing up I could only hold her for a few seconds. When I put her down she started begging me to pick her up again! YOU'RE KILLIN' ME, KID! I am still amazed that I've carried that much extra weight on my body ... I can't even carry the girls around the room - I can only hold them if I am standing still. But I carried ME around for YEARS like that. I am sooooo glad I'm done with all that! From now on, I intend for my extra weight to come ONLY from carrying little people around ... Or cat litter. Hehe.

Janine- I am amazed at your memory.  Thank you for the shout out. You handled the classroom situation very well.  People that don't know what they are doing shouldn't be telling others what to do, IMHO.

Cali- I had too "let a guy down easy" last night.  I few days ago, I had given him my number, but after some thought, I realized that I was not attracted to him.  So when he called me last night, I told him that I had just got out of a short relationship and just wanted to stay single for now.  He ended the conversation by saying that I should call him when I change my mind.  It ended on a good note.

I spoke to my customer today and he will be calling me back either tonight or tomorrow to set up a measuring date and to make the downpayment.

Last night talked to my running coach regarding if the L.A. Marathon is a doable goal, and she said "Yes".  I will start training a week after the LB Half.
