That is awesome Kim...super happy for you!!!! You know years ago I broke my foot...3rd 4th and 5th metatarsals...hurt like a mother....I was in a below the knee cast for 10 weeks....first time in my life I ever broke anything....well they were going to do surgery even after the 10 weeks because I barely had 75% union at that point....I refused it and wore tight fitting shoes...like doc martins or something at that point.....my foot still gives me problems sometimes and I can feel there is a weakness there....but I could not seeing myself have pins in my foot either....

I know it sucks for you....but hey....no slicing and dicing gf!!!

Thanx for all the support, it means a lot to me. The gal called and my bone stimulator for my ankle has been authorized. My co-pay is $338.00. Can you say OUCH??? But she gave me a number to the patiency advocacy department and when I told them what my income is, they waived my co-pay. Wooohoooooo!!! So the gal will be here tomorrow to "hook me up"...lol
