I think you really need to decide, do you or do you not want to lose weight? Stay away from anything right now, and concentrate on eating healthy. HIGH Protein low carb, Carbs ARE sugar, that is what your body turns them into, so when you eat carbs you may as well just eat sugar. So get hold of your new self and be a bit more diciplined.
I know that is rather harsh of me to speak that way, but honey, you won't be successful JUST because you had WLS. You have to still follow rules to be a winner at this game. Also I am no angel when it comes to eating wrong things at times, but I am also almost 2 years out. When I was new, nothing bad passed my lips not for well over a year.
Good luck, Diane, who will probably get a ration of poop over my statement!

There is no reason to be judgmental and accused me of going to back to old haibts.
I said in the post I really wanted some not that i sit on my fat ass and eat it.
You are further out then I am, and I have had frozen yogurt. I was only able to eat a few spoon fulls but it was nice being able to go out with my husband, and order something and eat it together!
Do what feels right to you. I say if its sweetened with Splenda, then go for it. But eat a tiny bit at a time, just so you wont dump if your pouch cant handle it!

I love my RNY! Find me on myspace myspace.com/bebe_girl209 but be sure to tell me your from OH!
I was a couple years out when I tasted that stuff and dumped horribly. I do not know...was it worth it....maybe momentarily, but in the big picture...when I gave into really wanting something...it was only good in the moment and the after effects were not worth it....that kind of mentality of really wanting something...got me obese. 6 + years down the road, I have had to work hard at keeping my weight down and that would include not giving in to what I really wanted. You are only a few months out and all I can say the further you are out, the hard it is to keep the weight off and you can ask any post op around here who is willing to be honest about it.
I am not chastising you, but you are still in your honeymoon period of wls...capitalize on it otherwise we will see you post about how your wl is stalling and you do not know what you are doing wrong. And we all said....no we will never do that....blah blah blah...the weight is gone forever....NOT TRUE!
Just remember...when the gratification goes away...you are still sitting there in the old behavior!
