people @ the PCP office

Why are the people @ doctors offices sometimes so 'tarded??? I have asked my PCP office to send for my records from San Diego to here so I can get the referal (now that I HAVE to stick with blue shield) to go see the WLSurgeon.  I had the PCP here send for the stuff starting in MAY, again in JULY, and the doctor here said they never received them. WELLLLL... I got on the phone with the doctor in San Diego and they sent them  JULY 30TH! WTF????? I think I have posted before that my biggest pet peeve is waiting, Did I mention stupidity??? I abore stupid people. Especially when it is about something I want so badly?

Sorry I vented....

I can fully understand the torture in waiting. Especially when it's for something as important as this!

Hopefully the 'tards can get their butts in gear and send them along by express courier!!

Howd you know I suffered from road rage affliction? LOL I hardly ever drive, my Hubby usually does, but when I do... OH LAWD WATCH OUT!!!

Have them fax the records to your doctors office. They should have a written confirmation that the fax went through. You will at least know they were sent and can then question the new doc's office about what happened to them after they arrived.

I got confirmation they resent it today, through the mail. My chart @ my old PCP is like a novel... too many pages to fax. I tried that.... I begged them too lol..... they said No...
