Update and big news!!!!
Just a quick update on me!
Finally got moved and we are all settled into the new house in Sunnyvale (anyone in the Bay Area wanna have coffee sometime soon??)
I got a new cell phone! If you haven't heard from me in a while, please msg me (or text me!) your number again, I probably lost it! Out of my 200 or so phone numbers I think about 30 made it into my new phone automatically, and, unforunately, my old phone is packed in a box in my storage unit!
I am just over 5 months out and I am down (as of last week) 90 pounds since surgery, 110 total! I have new pics that I will post soon, I am at work right now.
Thats right....work! I am working a contract with the Ronald McDonald House at Stanford as a Data Manager right now! It is over Jan 9 but they have an option to extend, so we will see how that goes! I just started this week and I am LOVING it so far! I think part of it is just that I am happy to be back to work after all that looking with no results that I did in L.A.!
OK..now for the big news! Chris and I are getting married! We had been planning to have a legal wedding ceremony on the 10th anniversary of our commitment ceremony, but right now we are not sure if we will have the right to do that anymore after the election, so we decided this week to do it now! We will be having a small ceremony at our house on Nov 1 (anyone gonna be in town??? LOL). I am very excited but worried about working everything out in time too!
Ummm...I guess that's it for now!
I have missed you guys!

Sam and Sam are good. Kandy, unfortunately had to move - for several reasons. my landlord decided she was just too much in the yard and the main reason is Sammi is horribly alergic. Everytime Kandy would lick her she would break out in hives. Yikes! The good news - My MIL took her. they have 5 acres on the outside of town and several dog runs and other dogs for her to play with. she is very happy there and still "in the family".
Were you able to find a foster for your bassetts?

I'm glad she was able to stay close by though!
We found a temporary home with a friend of mine in AZ, but they can only stay there through mid December and then if we havent found our own place we are going to have to move them to another home again.
