Just leave enough on the shelf for me to try them!   I have to order online anyway so I'm not a threat to your stash. LOL

Definitely not just you. :-)

If you contact Bariatric Advantage they will send you samples. I really like a lot of their products.

Kim, If you go to the bariatric advantage web site.  It is not their version.  It is the creamy bites!  Also Bariatric Advantage has a calcium crystals.  They have unflavored and lemon lime.  I spoke with Dr. Jacques at the bariatric conference and she gave me some samples.  The unflavored one you can put in your crystal light and you only need 3 per day.

I take the calcium citrate from Sam's Club....6 per day. I can swallow pills with no problems at all, I don't take anything chewable anymore.

BTW: Lost another 2 lbs...........just 7 away from goal!!!

I take the horse pills. 2/day.

the bariatric advantage folk are brewing up the soft chew formula in a sugar free form. I don't think it is worth the cost, but your mileage may vary.

Ok, I confess I don't do well with the supplements. I get my multi-vitamins in each day, and take my B-12, but I can't stomach the protein drinks or powders anymore, and calcium - yuck! I do however drink lots of fluids including milk, crystal light and I'm trying to drink more water. I get at least 40 oz of milk each day so I get my calcium in through my foods and drink.

I've been saving this thread, because I'm having problems with calcium as well.

I was taking the gummy bears, just to finish off the bottle...

Now i have to take 4 big ass wafer's now and I can hardly choke them down, it's ridiculous.

For those that take regular calcium tablets/softgels... you don't find that they get "stuck"?  I'd think they'd stick and can't get out the hole...

I may have to go back to pills even though they make me gag.  I haven't been good at getting calcium at all so I'm getting worried and don't want to wait too long.

Any suggestions are appreciated.

Thank you.
