Just toasted seeds for kids. 6 weeks post RNY....are we allowed to eat them....Shells.....no shells???? Just wondering....Thanks

I just ate a few that I cooked. Literally a few, like 3 of them. lol

I guess it would depend on what your doctors diet requirements are.
