Looking for a surgeon & support group in or near Aliso Viejo, CA

I live and work in Aliso Viejo, CA. I'm looking for a surgeon and support group in or near there because I'm visually impaired and do not drive. I can get around during the day by OCTA Access but in the evening's it's a different story. If there's someone from Aliso Viejo going through a program right now that wouldn't mind someone car pooling with them for a small fare, then please contact me. There's 3 surgeons in Orange and the St. Joseph Hospital that my insurance does cover.

Drs. Peter LePort, Mir Ali, Frances & Chin are in Fountain Valley.  They have support meetings on the first 3 Mondays of the month at Orange Coast Memorial & on first four Thurs at FV Regional hospital.    I try to go to the Monday nite support meetings when I can.   We might be able  to work out ridesharing.

I've checked with those surgeons already and unfortunately not all of their medical staff is in my insurance network and it would cost me an additional $3000 on top of the 20% I will have to cover.
