I'm making a lasagne with Pasta Sauce, Spagetti Squash, Soy Crumbles, Low Fat Cottage Cheese and Low Fat Mozarella Cheese. All mixed together and a little Mozarella on the top. I'll make garlic bread for everyone else to go with it. YUM. I'm drooling now. Maybe I'll add mushrooms or zucchini too.
I'm in school 16 hours a week now. They say you need to study 2 to 3 hours outside of class for each hour in class so that makes 32 to 48 hours per week I'm studying and believe me I do that much and more. Sorry, I haven't been around much. I am down 95 pounds at this point. In a size 14 from a 24-26 and I feel great. Just need more time for exercise at this point. Ack....I really need to update my picture too.

Ok... for me.. I dont' miss pasta or rice at all. Neither of those ever tempt me. I just got to use to not eating it, that it's not even an option for me anymore! It's been over 4 years since I've had pasta or rice and honestly, I dont' miss it. I hope the same happens for you!!!!!
Now tortillas, that's a whole different story!!!
