What's for dinner?

Hey Everyone,

Well this is an extremely long day for me here at work.. and I won't be home for dinner.

So Chad is on his own, and will probabally have the left over teriyaki pork and veggies and and I think he has rice too..

Me, I will have to find a salad or something around here, since I won't be home until 10.

What about everyone else? What are you all having for din din???

My mom is making speghetti and garlic bread. I will probably have just some meat sauce although the nutritionist told me today I should have the pasta too.

Oh Renee I'm sorry that your having such a long day! Luckily the weekend is just around the corner, and then you can just hide in your bed for a few days! lol

Tonight I am going to make some creamy chicken enchilada's. I will just be eating the insides, I am going to fight that carb monster tonight! Damn those oh so yummy tortillas! lol

Ahh I wish!!! I have another long day tomorrow, not quite as long as tonite, and then, as soon as I get home, we are suspsose to jump in the car for a VERY long drive down south.. yikes.. and then I have a busy ole weekend ahead of me.. if I don't collapse! hehehehee

I have no idea whats for dinner tonight, I have had a cold and flat out refuse to cook, so it's on someone elses shoulders! Hopefully something good! =P
