Whatcha eating??? TGIF!!!!!

TGIF for reals!!!!!!!!!! I dont' think I have to work late tonite! wooo hooo!!!!!! So that is GOOD GOOD news!
For dinner tonite I'm making chicken stir fry! I have chicken and a bunch of veggies.. so why not? I have carrots, broccoli, string beans, asparagus, a broccoli/cauliflower mix head... not typical stir fry stuff.. but that's ok! I'm doing it my way! I'll make some rice for the hubby!
What about everyone else?

I made a killer chicken stir fry last night..........the only thing is, I almost burned the kitchen down in the process!
I simmered pre frozen lemon chicken in water and dude dust. Then I cooked green onion, carrots, broccoli, and green beans in olive oil. Cooked some whole wheat pasta and then threw it all together with some fresh spinach...it was so yummy!
Guess what Nay? I went the the gym today, and I weigh the lowest I've weighed since Jr High.....138.......I was so excited!
