UC Davis, Sacramento Ca

I am lined up to have my surgery at UC Davis Medical Center In Sacramento Ca. Although I have not met with the doctors yet, I have received my Starter / Orentation package.

Can anyone give me any insight to this program or the Doctors ?

I haven't had my surgery yet, but I will be going to UCD Med in Sac.  2 of my friends went to Dr. Ali at the Bariatric Center. Both are really impressed with him, loved the staff and had the best care they could ask for.  I hope that helps.

 I had my surgery on 2/11/08 and I had Dr. Fuller. I liked all the staff  all of them are very nice.

Thank you for answering my post, It seems you are doing well. Are you considering plastics after you loose what you are shooting for ? If yes, do you know if the UC Davis WLS Clinic recomends someone ?

 I am thinking about it. They do have some when you go to your meeting before your first visit they will talk to you and show you before and after pictures.

I am having mine at sutter general in 10 days

I had Dr. Ali and I really like him.  His very nice, and very good at what he does.  I like their program.  I started UC Davis program in 10/2007, and had my surgery in 3/2008.  If you have anymore questions please don't hesitate to ask.

 Hi! I am also lined up to have my surgery with UC Davis. I have my consultation with Dr. Ali (or Dr. Fuller - I'm not sure which one) this Friday 11/21! If you haven't already, attend the next orientation session (they're usually around the 1st of every month). From what I was told, they won't make your consultation appointment until you have turned in your paperwork AND attended the orientation. I killed 2 birds w/ 1 stone and turned in my paperwork at the orientation.
