Fremont Kaiser folks

I just had my RNY on November 12 and I have to say that it was the best experience.  The Fremont Kaiser staff is simply awesome!  My surgeon was Dr. Dutta and I would highly recommend him to anyone considering this surgery.  He did a great job of keeping me at ease.

All I can say is be pro-active.  Don't wait for them to call you, even though they say they will, make sure you are calling them everytime you hit a milestone.  I called Nancy weekly once I hit goal to get my surgery date scheduled.

Hi Heather,
  I've wondered if I should do that.. it kind of made me upset that I was under goal at my consult, and they said Nov/Dec, and now 2 months later thay are saying Jan/Feb.   Very frustrating! Now with Dr. Chu going on maternity leave, it's taking longer to get a date.  I'll have to give her a call.
