Hey Everyone,

I'm back at work and feeling better!  I woke up with a bit of a "migraine hangover"  but it has passed!  Last nite I was feeling soo poopy I just had some cheese and lunch meat for dinner..

Tonight though, I've got something much better cooking!  I have a nice big pork loin in the crock pot with a can of tomates, artichoke hearts, lots of garlic and basil and other seasonings!  I woke up to a yummy smelling house! I'm going to make the hubby some pasta, and sautee some veggies as well!  I have zuchini, asparagus, broccoli and string beans!  So a nice veggie medly!

What's everyone else cooking up???

Tonight was easy.  Protein Pancakes.  1 egg, 1/3 c ff cottage cheese 3 tbsp rice flour.  Cook (makes 3 small) and put simply fruit or sugar free syrup.

Gretta's gone beyond grouch and headed straight for Beeeeyotchy!  I did go to the Y and rode the bike tho.  Hell I could sit here at home and have it hurt or go ride a bike and have it hurt.  Excuses are plenty.............but I didn't bite on any of them!  I was good and rode my bike!

I still recovering from my Hystroectomy last week so Rick picked up some dinners from the Take Away Cafe to cover us for a few nights. Tonight it was Beef Stroganof and Ceasar Salad. They do all the work from prep to cooking so once home you just serve and eat. I have to admit it is better than eating my husbands limited cooking every night until I feel up to doing it on my own.

Well time to head back to the couch.

Jenn, I hope youi feel better soon. I had a hysterectomy almost 6 years ago and other than my WLS, it was the best surgery I ever had. =)
