One year Check up!!!

I know I know a bit late. But between my schedule and the Dr,s this was the only time I could make it. But Dr. was so happy to see how healthy I am. Everything came out perfect. I am so happy. Cholestrol is great, blood pressure great, blood work great, heart great. My PCP was so excited for me. Dr. said I am okay now but can lose the 5 pounds I am stuggling with the past several months. (LOL like I did not know that) .

So not only did this surgery improve my self image, it has improved my health too. Did not have co-morbities yet but I was well on the road to them. So love love love my sleeve!!!!!!!

Hey WTG mu dear cousin!!!!! I am so proud of you, I cannot believe how thin you are, but then I have seen what you eat. This year at Thanksgiving you best be eating more than you did last year. I am so very proud of you for what you have done for yourself and I am so glad you are so healthy, so we can spend 1000 more Christmas and Thanksgivings and Birthdays together.

You know I love you all, matter of fact, just got off the phone with Carrie about the menu for Patty's house.

Thanks cuz. yeah so happy that I am HEALTHY Can't wait to see you too. Only one more week!!!! (Hard to believe since it is still so hot outside)

Oh guess what my transmission blew. Need a new one. Because remember the car I did not buy last year to have surgery!!! LOL This money thing never ends!!!!
