Making Son's favorite...Pork Romano ( thin medallions sauteed in olive oil, with garlic, mushrooms, capers, black olive and green onions and white wine) and mine too. This is the third time in 4 weeks I have made it for someone. LOL What can I say... they like it.

We are having...Meatballs & sauce, ceasar salad and stir-fried veggies..(family with have Pasta)...and for me..a tablespoon of each..lol  No more prepared smoooshy foods, I'll smoo**** myself with my teeth..lol
I have been very lucky with my food abilities.....everything goes down safely and stays down..no discomfort, no rejection, and ofcourse..only 1 new choice at a time.

I have a bunch of sickies over here, so they wanted comfort food.  I'm making my homemade chicken pot pie and salad.
