Good Morning all
     Janine, what a great e-mail to know that her family is soo appriciative of all your hard work and devotion.  And thanks for the encouragement.  I keep thinking I should be losing more and that I might not work the tool well enough.  Then I tell myself chill out!!

I am just trying to make it thru the last 2 hours of my shift here at work.  It has not been too busy but I am so tired, and I don't feel 100%.  I am going to sleep solid today.  And thankfully I don't have to come bac****il next Fri. night.  Have a great day and take care everyone.

Gotta be a quick type by for me - going to babysit again this morning to help out my nephew - but at least its not all day - only until noon.  So I need to go get in the shower...but - yesterday I did get my SF popsicles - Yep I am addicted - but didn't get the exercise in - I KNOW  I AM BAD - but oh well...today I have an appt with a dermatologist to check out a strange spot on the side of my nose (I pray it is not skin cancer as my dad had lots of that) but I am just thinking positive.

Prayers for that spot honey!!! My Dad too has had skin cancer removed from his face more times than I can count. Some people are just prone to it no matter how much they protect. Good positive thoughts going your way. Let me know what they say!!!  love you honey!  bigg huggs, Becky

Looking forward to a weekend of nothing big on the agenda and some fun I hope. And can you believe it, a week from today is Thanksgiving Day and a four day weekend (for many of us anyway)!!!
   
The weight lost reported yesterday for WWW was a solid -51.9 pounds! Well done Cali Crew!!!

Janine, I just love reading your posts
Today is our annual Thanksgiving Tea which was the last big event our Principal that died was at and the entire event is her 'baby' so it will be bittersweet. The kids want to sing for joy for her spirit and for all the grandparents that come. We have next week off for Thanksgiving and I am VERY THANKFUL When we return from Thanksgiving break we will be celebrating the year anniversary of our beloved Principal. The new principal is wonderful but, we all continue to struggle with our loss even a year later....
Hey has anyone tried the NETI POT? I woke up this morning with a killer sinus headache searched for mine opened the box and used it for the first time....my aunt is right! INSTANT RELIEF! no medication just saline rinse AHHHHH MAZE ING!!!! tHEY are $20 but worth every penny I can't wait to get home and use it again! woot whoot first morning in a long time I did not require pain reliever!

Good Morning Everyone and Happy Thursday!!!

It's been a rough week... been laid out with severe back muscle spasms!! Wahooooo I need to start Physical Therapy!! It'd be nice if they'd return phone calls! I'm attempting to go in to work today... EW... but it's only two days until the weekend. Actually, I'm kind of happy to go in today... I can only watch so many re-runs on TNT!!!! So, here's to the rest of the week!!!

Hi Janine,  I love hearing the WOW moments.  Congrats to you.  My ex husband used to take me riding.  I loved it.  Someday I will own my own.  That was a beautiful letter.  Thanks for sharing with us.  And btw.......your morning shout outs are the bomb.

Well for me........no stones!  so I am back to square one.  Still vomit on any solid food I go back to the GI doc on Friday.  I may need to be stretched again. My hair is falling out by the handfuls and I am so worried about not getting my protein in.  I am stopping at the Vitamine Shoppe today to try a different protein powder.  Hopefully I can tolerate a new brand.

Hope everyone has a Great Thursday....Woo Hoo only one more day.

Good Mornine Janine and Cali,

My dad did make it in yesterday and has been great.  I being the spoiled person that I am suggested to my mom that when she picked my dad up from the airport to make a stop by Sam's club to see if the order for the heaters was ready. Dad has a Sam's credit card.  What a guy.  He asked my mom if I needed anything and bought diapers formula water juice and one of the heaters.  What a blessing as we are still waiting for money to come in. My mom bought the other heater for me.  Gotta love the folks.  It was great having the warmth last night while Jordyn and I slept.  It will really help us get over these colds.  Oh and on top of that my dad went and got us all dinner from bubba gumps.  I ate 2 stuffed shrimp Yum.

What a gift you have given that family Janine.  I can only imagine the feeling of purpose. God Bless
