SF Pumpkin Pudding recipe
Does anyone have the SF Pumpkin pudding recipe? I had it and have since lost it and wanted to make it for Thanksgiving so I can have some pumpkin stuff without dumping. It seems that this pregnancy isn't like the last...my sugar tolerance has gone down instead of up like last time and I'm lucky if I can tolerate 9-10g of sugar.
I remember it took canned pumpkin, pumpkin spice, SF vanilla pudding (or was that SF Coolwhip?), milk...and something else...I forgot what and of course I forgot what amounts of what to go into it.

Kristy, is this it. I googled it.
FF SF Pumpkin Pudding
1- 4 serving package Instant Jello FF SF Cheesecake Pudding
2 cups of milk
1 cup of canned pumpkin (NOT pie filling, just pumpkin)
1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
Mix the pudding mix with the milk, then mix in the pumpkin and spice until blended. Chill. Eat. Yum! It tastes just like pumpkin pie filling.
This makes a soft consistency pudding, if you want it firmer you can reduce the milk to 1 1/2 cups. I'm not much of a protein powder person, but the next time I make this I'm going to add some vanilla protein powder so I can have FF SF high protein pumpkin pudding!
This would also be nice if you need a dessert for a pot luck. Try it with a little light whipped cream, too!
The notes are from the person that originally posted it, but unfortunately, I didn't make a note of who that was. But thank you whoever it was.
