We roasted a pork tenderlion that I marinated in Apricot,  low sugar preserves,baslamic vinger,garlic & rosemary. With a side of carrots. Yummy!!.
So, what is on you plate tonight??

I BBQed burgers. But when I was trying to eat mine, it just wasn't going down right. So I made mine into a soup with mushrooms and carrots. It was really good!

Your dinner sounds super yummy Joy!! Hey, we adopted a new dogie today! A chihuahua mix, and guess what we named him......Harley. LOL. And of course he already has a studded Harley Davidson collar!

Did you see that my son showed up the other day on his Harley.LOL Geezzz it is a beautiful Hog Matt would have loved it!! I will post pics tomorrow. Dinner was good. But nothing "feels togood today I think it is cause I am having to take more pain meds rightnow...But not for much longer thank the stars!! I can't wait to see harley rat dog.

I did read that! How exciting for you!! I am so glad he suprised you like that.

I am not 100% sure yet if I am going to San Ramon, I really want to go.

That pork sounds wonderful.  I am not doing so well with meat yet, though, particularly pork.  I'm going to keep that combination in the back of my head when I am on a full meat kick.
