What's for dinner???

Hey Everyone,

Sorry for MIA on Friday.. I had started to do the post and literally, all chaos broke out in our office..  resulting in security being called and a visiting Partner from another office literally RUNNING down opposing counsel, chasing them and finally catching them...

This all after I went to Peets and saw a Donkey outside!  Which totally made my day!  hahaha 

So Friday was completely nutso!  We ended up going to chevy's.. I had steak and shrimp fajitas!

Tonite for dinner just going to broil some steaks and sautee some zuchini in garlic and olive oil, then top it with mozerella cheese!!!!!  easy!  since we are leaving town on Wed, gotta keep with simple with no leftovers!!!

How bout everyone else??? what's going on for dinner????

I heard a nasty rumor that boy roomate was going to be making a pot roast for dinner, so my guess is, pot roast! LOL

I'm gonna have to try that zuchini, I always feel like I want to buy but I only know to roast it, which gets old!

Sounds like friday was a barrel of monkeys (donkeys??) for you, gotta love some good office drama!

Shells

Shells, Zucchini and good anyway you can think of to fix it! Baked, broiled, boiled, or sautes. My favorite is sauted with garlic , mushrooms, grren onion, and olive oil.

For dinner tonight I bought 1/2 a Roasted Chicken at Savemart and will make a veggie or 2 to go with it.

That's what we're eating!  Cept, I grilled the chicken and put Lemon Seasoning on it.  I can't get enough of that now!  I had Grilled Chicken with Lemon Seasoning yesterday and ranted and raved about it, then I had it today, and probably tomorrow and probably... lol   


It's just sooo good! 

I love zucchini too.  Never sauted tho.   Guess I'll be trying that soon too.

"saute" it in chicken broth with fresh garlic.  Oh. My.  YUMMY

Ummmmm Yummy!   I always have both here!

Rumors confirmed by girl roomate who is working from home today, its pot roast!

I am SO going to grab zuchini from the store tomorrow!
