I'm BAAACK

Well I am back from Vacation and had a great time - did nothing but walk and shop.....I got home Sat evening and was kind of stuffed up and low and behold woke up Sunday morning with one nasty ass cold....thats why I haven't been on the board much - I basicall y feel like crudola but at least it didn't hit until I got home.

HOpe everyone is doing well, I am going to try to browse the posts and see what I missed....

I did get my first Christmas card today - woo hoo.....

I am glad your cold waited till you got home from your vacation, but sorry to hear you are not feeling well..

My cold came the day after Thanksgiving, and I just can't seem to shake it.. Hahahaha, but it did waid till after I had cooked for 2 days..   Who else would have cooked Turkey dinner, certainly not my DH..

Wooo Hooo Shopping..  Awesome.. I hope you had a blast..  Great to have you back..

Jean- my husband and I took a last minute trip to Catalina Fri-Sun, and as I was coming back on the boat on Sunday, I realized that you had been there!  It would have been fun to meet up, but I didn't know I was going!  It was beautiful over there this weekend!  Where did you stay?  We were at Hamilton Cove.

Oh that would have been great to meet up with you.  We always stay at the Villa Portofino Hotel - right at the top end of Crescent St.....great view and great room.....already made our reservation for next year.  And you are right it was beautiful there this weekend - especially on Saturday (the day we left -) lots of sunshine and clear skies......

Well, we go a lot, so maybe some other time.  We tend to go around the holidays, and we also usually rent a house for a week in the summer.

Welcome back gf....you were missed.....but glad you are back on the boards and hope that your crudy cooties leave you soon!
