Good Tuesday Morning Cali

Yep it is Tuesday....whew...only 3 more days until TGIF!

I think most of us did not feel like we had a break with the holiday as a lot of you were busy cooking and tending to family...not to mention olympic shopping...or is that marathon? Not quite sure.

I bought a lot of things on line Sunday for the grandkids...that was cool...got them out of the way!

I want to thank you all for your show of support for my son. I just feel kind of drained worrying about the poo-head.

I am too whatever to try and do a shout out to all of you, but know that I care about you all!

Keep praying that LuLu's sister continues to gain strength and health...and may she continue to keep calling LuLu a "B" word!!!

i'm up early...
janine how's your son i hope he's doing well.. lulu i hope your sister continues to get better..
me, i'm just taking a load of boxes to the new house today.. maybe i'll unpack some boxes too..was also thinking that i'll set up the xmas tree too..
i wanted to thank everyone who gave me good thoughts and prayers for my house..
my camera batteries died so i can't take pics yet but i'll get some batteries today..well that's it for me today ..

Oh - don't ya hate going back to work after a long weekend???  It's like a double whammy!

Janine, I hope James is doing much, much better this morning as well as your sister Lu.  It's hard to see a loved one in pain, I know.  I will continue to pray for them.

Well my Tommy is leaving but he left Grandma his cold!  drats!!!  Runny nose and scratchy throat.....gotta love it...  I am going to miss that Lil' Buggar for sure!  On the bright side it gives me a great excuse to come to Southern Calif!!! Maybe I can meet up with some of you OH'ers and finally meet you in person.  That would be fun!

I get my first fill tomorrow afternoon!  I am excited, not really nervous at all.  I need it!  I also need someone to kick me in the butt!  I have been bad as far as eating a lot of junk left here from thanksgiving.  I  am taking the rest to work today.  I really need a Brain adjustment!    God, what is wrong with me???

Dont be so hard on yourself. the sugery was on your tum tum not your head, so give yourself a break, the brain will catch up. Just give it time.

You will do fine with your fill this morning.  So when are you going to be down here in so cal.  Is Tommy coming down this way again?  If he is here in Palmdale and you come down.  Drop me a line send me your digits and we will meet for coffee at one of the may Starbucks here in town.
I am so happy to see that Luana;s sis is doing well and cussing at her. It is always a good sign when they can swear at us.

Good Morning Calif..........

I was going to try to go to visit my sister before work this morning, but I am moving slower then I thought I would be. I am sitll hopeful, but the late nights and early mornings and sleepless nights, for the past week took there tole I think.  Not even the coffee is working right now. But I have called and talked with the nursing and she is still doing good. I will get up there tonight after work, and my other sisters will be there today for sure. So I think missing this morning wont be that bad. Beside she was sleeping when I called.

OK well if I am to make it to work today clean, I better get into the shower.

Once again, thank you!!! all for taking such care with your good thoughts for my sister.

Good Morning Janine and Cali,

I got the okay to return to work so off I go this morning.  I am glad to get back but it will be hard not playing with my lil one all day.  Oh well it is just 3 weeks right?  How about our leave paper work was still at the docs office not completed.  I feel horrible because I got a little money from my job but my mom has gotten nothing in two months and with the holidays coming and all.  Anyhoo I think I made my doc feel really bad about it and so hopefully he will have it together.  I have no idea how it will effect my pay with work.

Jen . . . congrats on the fill tomorrow . . . I'm getting a slight unfill for the first time . . . too tight to get food in, and even protein drinks take 45 minutes to get down . . . and the band seems to be getting tighter every day . . . so on my 1 year bandivesary, I'm having some removed.  As for the head hunger thing . . . OMG I'm STILL fighting that . . . I see it . . . I want it . . . I don't need it . . . and lately it comes back to bite me if I eat it.  It's FINALLY starting to sink in that is isn't necessary :D

Good Morning Janine & Everyone,
3 days to TGIF? Not for me, I go back to work Thursday. I have no clue what my schedule is, have to call supervisor today.
Last night I took mom to Wal Mart and to get dinner. My jeans that fit fine when I left didnt 90 min later. I was so swollen I couldnt even button them!! Thank goodness scrubs are drawsting or elastic waist, I can only imagine how much I will swell after 8 hours. Thursday I plan on getting of work coming home, eating dinner and going to bed. Even if it will be around 4pm, lol.
As for today just relaxing, I dont have plans to go anywhere or do anything.

Good Morning Janine and Crew!

Well I woke up with killer cramps this morning and really just want to go back to bed! It's gray and sprinkling and my legs hurt and I want chocolate! LMAO

Other than that, its all good here! Chris and I are starting to look around for new places to live so we can get out of my best friends guest room soon, and we are both starting to poke around for new jobs, me because my contract is up Jan 9 and they do not have the budget to exersize my option, Chris because her commute is slowly killing her and she needs something closer.

Got the christmas shopping mostly done already. A few last things to pick up next weekend and then I can wrap it all and be done with it for another year!

Seems like there are an awful lot of medical emergencies going on with people this holiday season...I guess when it rains it pours, know that you are all in my thoughts these days and I come here every day looking for updates!

I hope everyone has a great Tuesday, I better get back to work!
