San Ramon Event on Saturday!

I'm usually on the lightweights board or the grads board, but I do lurk in my "backyard" too... I'm so excited to be going to the San Ramon event and to meet everyone including Eggface and MeltingMama! For anyone who is interested, I'll have a booth there doing RMR (Resting Metabolic Rate) testing at a nice discount for my OH family. If you are interested in more information or scheduling a time slot for that day please contact me so I can save you a spot! It takes a total of about 20 minutes and I have about 12 spots available right now. I found out about RMR testing from this forum and it has been a wonderful tool for fine-tuning my daily requirements. PM me for more info! Bekah

Are you doing the body fat measuring too? I really want to know how much fat I've lost. My scale measures it but is not the least bit accurate as far as I can tell.
