lap band

Does anyone know about those advertisement for the Weight Loss Centers I am seeing all over the place in So Cal, (you know the 800 get-slim) and a Dr. Morad Tourah, MD who does the sergery. Any news wheather the company or he is good or bad or ?

Go to the top of the OH page and you will see a tab marked forums. Click onto that and you will see Lapband. Click into that.

You know that there was a post about it approx a month ago.  The review was not very good.

I have been hearing these commercials for awhile now and they are extremely misleading.  The most complimentary thing I can say about that organization is that they sound like the equivalent of a shifty used car salesman or cheap mass auto painting company.

There are many reputable, qualified, credentialed doctors out there who don't make misleading ads or statements and ensure that their patients are educated on WLS and the option they are selecting particular.  If you are interested in WLS, these are the doctors you want to consider.
