what are YOU having for dinner????

Hye everyone,

Dinner last night was AWSOME!  Even better, I got El Chado to cook it!  hehehe  I'm not sure what I'll be making tonite...

I've still got a bunch of zuchini to use.. and also some broccoli..  And I know I've got some chicken in the freezer.. I'll call and have chad take it out to unthaw..   So.. tonite will be a mystery dinner!!!!!!

Maybe some of you can inspire me!!!!!

Sounds like a stir fry to me?!

I have no idea what were having but I am willing to bet that no one took anything out to defrost before leaving the house (the last one out the door is SUPPOSED to make sure something is out, but that has not been happening lately!) so I think it's going to mystery dinner in our house too!

Well, Chad has taken out chicken!  So I know we will be having that!  My poor Spikey has a tum tum ache, so the vet told me last time to give him the insides of a plain baked potato and boiled chicken!  So I will definatley be making chicken!  hahaha 

Wow!  That sounds like stir-fry.  Add a little ginger and some other spices and viola - stir fry.  Yummm.

I'm still feeling like warmed over doggie-by-product.  (get the drift?)

I just had some chicken noodle soup without the noodles.  I guess some would call that broth?  Anyway that's it for now and maybe a SF popsicle.  I have got to get some energy back.  I went out today for an hour and had to come home and take a 3 hour nap.  I'm so wiped out it's just wrong!

NO CLue... I am on strong pain meds and never want to eat while I have to take them...Thank God surgery is in a week and I will start getting better soon after that!

I've been livin' on turkey leftovers for toooooooo long! Turkey soup, turkey tacos, turkey brownies (j/k!). So, I decided to go out with my niece.

We went to Tomatina and split a pesto burschetta appetizer, and a hummus padini...along with a glass of Zinfandel....it was a nice dinner, with my gal!! Just what I needed after a long day at work.

I had crustless pizza at a new place in town.  It was awesome!  It was in a bowl with ricotta, sausage and pizza sauce, then topped with mozzarella and baked.  YUM
