My Gram Is Gone

Through my tears I write to you to let you know that my Gram has passed on.. They took her to a Hospice Home today, they dressed her in her own jamies, and made her as comfy as possible. She had family in and out all day, and my cousin stayed to spend the night with her. And shortly after she got there, she passed.

I know it's for the best, but I am so very sad, but I have been calling family and letting them know, and I thought I would pop on here for a bit to let my OH family know what happened.

I can't thank you all enough for all the love and support you have given me during this time in my life. If there is ever a way I can pay you all back, please let me know..

I am sorry about your Gram, but just think she is in a better place. No more pain and passed in her own jammies, not in a hospital, and with family around!! I know it is hard, but with time things will get better!!

Yes I heard it was a Beautiful place, and how much better to be there than the Hospital...

Oh Jenn............. I am so sorry to hear about your Gram. I know it hurts and I wish I could reach through and give you a big hug for comfort. It's hard to know what to say because I know that words are not enough. Her memories are in your heart forever and she was a lucky lady to be loved so much by you!

I am so very sorry for your loss.   Gram would want you to stay strong and think of her in the most positive and wonderful way.

You will need to be sad to get closer to be able to get to the next step in healing my friend.

Your right, she's in a better place now, and you will hear that for days. You also know she is looking down on you with that big   gram smile, making sure you are doing everythiing that she has taught you over the years right.

I will be saying a few prayers for you and your family and Gram. Hold each other tight and think of all the wonderful times.

Gram is ok now and you will be soon,Gram will see to that.
