Hugzz to you. Although there are no words that can make this time any easier, please know that you are in my thoughts and prayers. As is your Gram.
I lost my Grandmother 3 yrs ago, and she was my best friend. She was more of a mother to me than my own mother is. I will always miss her, but it does get easier!!

I am so sorry for your loss.   You Grama is in a far better place I am sure.  She knew her time was up and sounds like she was ready.  This does not make it any easier for those of us who are left behind.  You will make it through this.  Her love will stay with you for eternity as when the body passess, the love stays on for eternity.

Oh honey, I am so sorry for the pain and loss you are going through right now!!! Both my grandma's died 8 years ago and though I loved them both, one of them was my world!! It was the day I had dreaded soooo bad for so long! I can't believe it has now been 8 years and I still miss her terribly, but I know she is in a much better place and still watching over me!
I hope your memories will sustain you through this horrible time and know Gram is watching down on you and will be with you every step of your WLS journey!!!
I'm sorry I haven't been here for support at all this week, just crazy busy with working again and can't seem to get into a groove of new habits. I have been lurking though and was praying for your Gram. I'm glad she got to die in comfort surrounded by her family!!!
And, amidst all the sadness, CONGRATULATIONS on being approved ~ WOO HOOOOO!!!!! I'm so excited for you and can't wait till you post that you have a date! Do it in Gram's memory and make her proud!!!!

Oh Becky,  Thank You...   I am sorry for the loss of your Grandmothers as well, and know all two well how much it hurts..  I have lost my Grandma and Grandpa from my mothers side, AND my Mother already.. It hurts just as much now as it did the day they left, but does get easier to cope with..  And I know that I will have them all including my Gram who just passed, watching over me for my surgery in Jan..

I certainly know that life can get in the way from time to time, so no apologies nessisary for not being around this last week..  I appreciate all the prayers you have said, and continue to say for me and my family..  I can't stress how much that means to me..

I am calling to make the Apt. today, as the lady that makes them has been out of the office due to her own family emergency.  So as soon as I get off the phone with her, I will gladly be exstatic to post some good news..
