WOW!! It finally happened! I got a date!!!!

I haven't been on OH for a while!!  I was on here for just a few months and then I couldn't do it anymore. I was getting so depressed.  It was making it worse just hanging out here because I felt I would never have my dream. It felt like it would never happen.  I have definitely had my journey.  And now after fighting and fighting, I have a date set for December 18!!  I have to lose 5 pounds by December 11th.  I am freaking out about that part.  I know I can do it, but I know I am going to stress all the way up until that day.  And of course when I reach that goal I will stress about keeping it off until my date.  So no help for me I worry and can't help it :).

I will update more and I will definitely be on here a lot more.
I'm also praying that nothing changes this or takes it away....

Congratulations! I am set for the 16th in Mexico.

Get ready for the time of your life.....I was 355 lbs.....in 10/2007, then 3/04/08 surgery day 312 lbs.........Now 9 months out I am 195 lbs....!  I have lost 117 since surgery, 9 months, and total of 160 lbs..!

I am so happy you are doing this....Follow the rules and don't fudge....Just my 2 cents worth...

You can do the weight loss, start doing protein shakes and cutting carbs. Cut soda (if you drink it) and drink lots of water!!!
