How was San Ramon (aka, the great roof collapse)

Well, I did NOT get to go to San Ramon, as I had been planning on doing for WEEKS....I was woken, around 3 am Saturday morning...to a resounding crash. Step outside the bedroom to investigate and find that a roughly 2 square foot section of our ceiling (ya remember, the ceiling that had the leak on THANKSGIVING and was fixed???) had collapsed. Dry wall, paint, puddle of water....on my hallway carpet.

I got to spend my Saturday babysitting the repairman that I screamingly made the management company send out on an emergency call.

So that was my day....for all of you who made it to San Ramon, how was it???? I want to see pictures!!! Did you have fun!?!?!?!?!

We missed you Joy!  Sorry you couldn't make it.  I'm sure you had a ball with the new grandbaby.

It was great! I am starting to work my way through all my samples. I had a new protein shake for breakfast and some new chewable multi-vitamins with my lunch.

It was so nice to go some place and not have to worry about the food. I got to eat hard-boiled eggs for breakfast (and we didn't even have to peel them). Maybe I'm a weirdo, but already cooked for me, already peeled hard-boiled eggs are my idea of heaven.

My favorite talks were Jeremy, Ramon and MM & Eggface. I probably ate too much at the MM/Eggface talk though. I had to skip dinner. Ramon made me cry though. Damn you, Ramon!

I met a lot of great people too. I tried to sit at a different table every time so I wasn't meeting the same few over and over, but got lazy towards the end.

I'm sorry I missed meeting you!  So may people and I didn't recognize so many. :(
