HAPPY MONDAY BARB

Elfie wanted to stop in and let you know she hopes you have a wonderful Monday and week.  Elfie was happy to hear that you had a productive weekend and that you are preparing for two holiday parties.  Elfie can't believe how many people are going to be at your parties over the weekend and hopes you find time for some rest. 

Elfie say's enjoy your cookies and anything your heart desires before surgery, unless your surgeon requires you to lose a certain amount of weight prior to surgery.  I gained weight before surgery, LOL!  What can I say I am a rebel.  LOL!  On a positive note, I lost about 16 pounds on my pre op diet so I made up for the weight I gained.  So, my word of advice enjoy yourself through the holidays.  Elfie is a bad influence. 

Elfie is very happy that your concert went well and is sad taht you will have to take a break from the sax until after your surgery.  Elfie is so excited for your upcoming surgery.

Hi Elfie,

Barb is having a tough time trying to loose weight before surgery but I am trying!  Beginning Jan 2nd, I go on a liquid diet so I am sure I will be ok.  I am a bit of a rebel too LOL.  I will be making and probably eating a few cookies.
