Hi Lola:

ElphieClaus here checking in on you and hoping that you had a super fantab Monday. Sooner than you think you will have a vacation and be enjoying your vacation and scooping things out in Monterey.

How are your feet doing? Pain I am sure. You really need to get fitted for a good pair of running shoes and perhaps a pair of orthotics. Elphie use to work for a foot doctor many moons ago. Gave that up to be an Elphie and I love working for the BIG MAN.

Well shrinking Lola...you have a good night. Just know that Elphie is looking out for you and has your back.

Thanks for checking on me Elphie. I am doing okay. I actually realized today that I am a little blue these days. I think it is the time of year. Sigh. It's nice to know someone is checking on me. Thank you!
As for the feet....... I went to a great shoe store to be fitted and the owner is the best ever. I have been back several times and he is great. I bought a pair of insoles to help with my arches but I think I will have to get some orthotics. It is not the shoe, I think he has me in the best shoe for me. I also went to see a Chiropractor today and he will begin to work on me Wednesday.
I cannot wait for my vacation. It is much needed and I can't wait to get away to Monterey. It is so peaceful there. I am so excited.
