OT: for those interested in an update

I went today for a follow up mammogram and a breast ultrasound. The xray tech told me that the xrays show an area of thick dense tissue behind my right nipple. She took four shots of my nipple. It is pretty uncomfortable getting a mammogram as it is. She focused on my nipple area and it was a bit painful. They were looking to see if the area would disappear if the xray was more focused on it. I then went into the ultrasound room . The sonographer did an intensive ultrasound of my breast. Now we wait to see if they are clear or not.

I'll be thinking good thoughts for you. I know the time will feel like it's creeping by. It seemed to take forever to get my results. Do something fun to pass some of the time.
