I actually found out last Friday that I was being denied for the second time. So I am in the process of pursuing an appeal. My husband's HR department wanted the first crack at it. If I get no satisfaction I have already been in touch with Kelly at Obesitylaw. I will join you all on the loser's bench--I just wish I was already with you.

That stinks. I don't understand why insurance companies make it so hard, when in the long run, they will actually save money. I know it will work out for you. I will gladly move over to make room for you on the bench when your approved .
