Well I've been given the go ahead on soft foods! I was soooo happy!

I am sure people ask all the time, but I guess it's my turn!

What are your favorite soft/mushy foods?
I know the standard issue mashed potatoes, cottage cheese, refried beans.....
but I want something not standard.

Any yummy ideas?

Dont know if its on your surgeons list or not but I LOVED tuna salad made with a little fat free mayo when I was on the mushy stage! You cab spice it up however you like it (garlic powder, curry powder, whatever) and change it up so it doesnt get too boring.

Congratulations!

I loved mashed cauliflower with a little milk and cheese.  Add some unflavored protein powder and it's a full meal.

Thanks guys! The eggs with melted cheese sound pretty good.....with a little packet of salsa.
The Tuna sounds good too, especially because I can season it anyway I want it.!

Thanks for the ideas! I can't wait to start experimenting!
