Thanks Cat! Don't hesitate to be pushy at the office and even call the insurance. I got my approval number over the phone with the insurance and was able to schedule sooner than waiting for a letter. I am sure everything will happen in your timeline. In the mean time enjoy everything to its fullest. Hope you sinus infection is better. Good luck and let me know when you find something out.

Well crap, how scarey is that???  Glad you are ok.  I am amazed how some people just come on here and ask us what is wrong instead of doing what you did.  Sounds like that they took good care of you.  Now you take care of yourself.  Just do what the doctor says, they do know what they are talking about. There is nothing that can't wait till another day.

Thanks Diane. It was scary, especially after the doctors told me how dangerously dehydrated and malnutritioned I was. I have learned a very valuable lesson through all this......don't wait to call your doctor when it is convenient or because your afraid you might sound like a big baby. Tell them as soon as you think something is wrong. I am taking it very easy.....thanks to my family that won't let me do anything. Hope you have a great Christmas!!!

OMG!  How scary.  I am so glad you are feeling better now.  I have had strictures too but thank GOD i only had a problem with solid food, not liquids.  I was still able to get my water and protein in.  I will continue to pray for your recovery.  Take it easy and get the rest you need
