I'M OFF

Well, I am going to do it.  I will be joining my 2 frigid friends Kirsten and Monica P for our first traithalon.  Honestly I do not know what I am thinking its freaking cold outside.  So with all said and done think good thoughts for us about 7am we will register and then at 9 we start.  I am so excited and nervous.  This is something I really never thought that I would do. I can thank Scott B for encouraging me to run,me for biking and that damn Kirsten for getting me to think about geting in the pool in December.  Well, at least its not an open water swim. The pool will be heated.
Ok off to the shower and then to load up the bike.
