Good Monday Morning Cali...just think it is only 4 more days until TGIF!!!

I hope you all had a great weekend. They surely seem to blur on by. I actually managed to sleep the night....only getting up once briefly and fell back asleep...yay for Ativan!

So what did you all do this weekend?

Joy glad to know that you are home safe and sound and not in as much pain as usual for these horrible sounding operations you have to go through.

Jenn....thinking of you gf and hope that nasty lump does not give you a bad time.

Rhonda...you work too much...I need your help in organizing for sure...my office SUCKS. I was not around much yesterday...and seriously was in bed by 6 and asleep by 7:30 or so or I would have called.

Diane....wow you sound like you had a great party and I cannot believe you would had wash everything like you did. You are a great hostess and the one with the mostest....well Dougie too!  Look forward to seeing you soon!

Lu...where you be gf??? No news on your sister...I keep checking unless I am missing something.

Steve...how are you doing? I worry about you!

Jean....bean.....you have been sort of MIA too...hope it is just because you are busy and getting MAC fixes!! LOL

Becky...we miss you around the boards too...but I am glad that things are going good for you at work.

Katt hope you party went well this weekend. I swear I cannot sing worth a crap, but would have loved to have been an opera singer...God knows I have the chest for it! LOL

Lola...you have been MIA too...what is up with that? Is it the running and the holidays? Soon you will be off on vacation like me!!! YIPPIE but you get to go to Monterey....dawg!

Chris...how did your weekend go?

The Triathalon girls....no word on the boards...how did you all do. I cannot believe the 3 of you...well yes I can because I know that determination you all of mustard up to make that tool work good for you. I am proud of all three of you LIZ who is the bestest, Monica and Kristin....my hat is off to all of you!!!

Nikki....I gotcha girl with only for show...hehehehehehehehehe I use to do that when I was going through so much...wear something out...then take it off as soon as I got home to feel better. Took the longest time with belts though...OMG I was so use to wearing them but the buckles would KILL my incisions. I am really sorry that you have to go back through this again...but it is all worth it trust me!

I know I am missing a cazillion people....oh yeah....all you people who have dates...WAY TO GO!!!! I am so happy for you all of you who are on their way to leading a happy and healthy lifestyle!

Good Morning Janine and Cali,

Had a good weekend, nothing special just time with my baby girl.  I cannot believe how big she is getting and I love watching every new thing she does.  We stayed in on saturday and ran errands with grandma yesterday.

Morning Janine and Cali .. . the weekend went by FAST . . . a week from now I'll be in Vegas . . . so I can put up with just about anything . . . today I have to find 900 cans of pop-top tuna for our office gift bags . . . along with get answers from Walmart if they can get us 300 recycle bags - we're already getting toothbrushes and toothpaste from them.  The guy in charge of this waited a little to long to ask for help from us admin people . . . and now it is going to be crazy getting it all together for Wednesday .. . might have to shop lots of stores to pull it together ... so I'm off to the phone as soon as I get to work to get more answers from stores . . .

My little Myla starts her first day of preschool today .. . she is like a little sponge around here with nothing to soak up . . . so she really needs this and I'm happy for that!

We got the bunk beds put up this weekend . . . and the middle of the night I heard this "thud" . . . and Myles has fallen out of the bottom bunk - and had a black eye to prove it now.  Poor puppy!  We have since gotten that problem taken care of with my friend's "guard" - didn't know they made such a thing for a bottom bunk. . . and then it was just spending the weekend adjusting Myles to sleeping in a bed rather than a crib . . . that was a whole 'nother story!

i'm at my mom's house this morning,i stayed the night..at my house we finally got the tree decorated,, it looks so beautiful...the only bummer part about decoratrating is it's gonna come done after chrismas.. anyway i'm just sipping on my coffee wondering what i'm gonna do today..i know i have laundry to do while i'm here for sure... not much else going on here today...well that's is for me today i hope everyone has a great day

Good Morning Janine and the Cali Crew!  It's back to work Monday for me.  And, our outside is all white!  We have chain control all around us and the roads are slick.  Which is one reason why I am up early.  The main reason is............dogs.  They woke us up at 4:45 because they just had to go outside.  It's kinda hard to ignore a big wet nose when it burrows in under the covers to find your face. 

I had a fantabulous weekend.  Saturday was the best.  Jayden's birthday party and then Joe's Christmas Party.  I will be posting a picture of me in my "little" black dress here shortly.

Off to warm up the car and defrost the windows then heading off to work.  Be safe today everyone!

Good Morning Calif.......

This weekend I was way busy. I cleared out the spair room, that had all the paper stuff from mom and dad. Most of which I think can be sheaded now, and I might start working on that or set it up so my sister can work on that when she gets home. Once the room was clear out, I cleaned it and then I went and got all DD's stuff from where she used to live and moved it over here, and set the room up. I need to get some thing to spray her clothes, OMG they make the room smell like a bar. GROSS!! Or I will have to wash them all. Which I might just take them all to Suds and wash them all at once and be done with it. Update on DD: She is doing great, . DD's birthday is tomorrow, and I wish she was able to come home, but I don't think that is going to happen now. But she maybe able to come home by this coming weekend, if she will just start eating more then a bite or two.

Today is busy for me also. I promised DD I would be there by 8 then I need to take my jeep in for it checked and then I need to get to Kaiser for my B12 shot and if the rain don't change things I am going to lunch with my friend to this great little deli that she took me to 3 weeks ago tomorrow.

OK coffee is done and I should get moving if I plan on being to the hospital by 8.

 Hi Cali!

This is just a flyby today. I haven't posted in a while due to school. I have my clinical competencies tomorrow and then our written final on Wed. I will get a short break, then I have one more semester to go!

I am almost 6 months out and I can see Onederland in the near future, just 3 more lbs to go! I am getting my labs drawn today. I am anxious to see if my iron has gone up. I really have been a good girl taking my vitamins.

Luana, I am the one who saw you at your work last Monday. I enjoyed our little "filed trip" there. I may just end up back there in the future if I don't got to Patton.I don't think I even told you who I was. I am glad your sister is doing better.

No worries Janine I was so busy getting so much done yesterday!  My girls closets and entire room look like a million bucks!  That makes me happy.  Sorry I have not called you LU in a few days, been working on my house and getting things decorated and stuff.  When are you going to come up and visit us?  You need to do that soon.  Today we woke to Snow in the high desert.  It is not staying on the ground but it is coming down.  They are saying it is going to snow tonight and stay on the ground.  The kids love the snow.  Janine I would love to come and organize your office for you and I am cheap, I work for coffee!  lol.  Starbucks of course!  lol.  And a yogurt would be nice!  Everyone have a happy day and do something nice for yourself.  You deserve it!

Good morning!  I'm a newbie but wanted to wish everyone a good morning and a great week.  Christmas is next week!  My little boy Cooper had the flu all weekend.  He was so sick.  It was his first time but he looks SO much better this morning.  My heart broke for the little guy.  We finally got our tree up.  Other than that since my son was sick, we stayed in and just kept it nice and low key.  Kind of nice for a break.  I did most of my kids shopping--at the dollar store!  I was so relieved that we didn't over extend ourselves to shop.  My girls love arts and craft and I filled up four bags for them with so much goodies.  They are going to really like it.

I'm hoping I get a call from my doctors office that they submitted for auth.  That is my wish this week.  I can't wait to schedule my surgery.

Morning All,

This is my day off....I usually have Sunday and Mondays off, and don't return to wor****il late Tuesday afternoon, so it's almost 3 days off for me...I love it! The closing shift is really turning out to be one of my favorites. I get home just in time to watch Letterman, then head off to bed. Then I have alot of the day to do my cleaning, working out (though I must admit I haven't been doing that at all lately), and any other things I need to do before heading to work.

The weekend was non eventful, but good. I went to dinner with my very handsome friend....we've been friends forever, and I feel more comfortable with him than I have been with any guy...but I don't see us being anything more than friends. We've been through hell and back in our friendship, and it has made for a very strong friendship. For that I am so thankful. I have his picture on my profile, with me and his mom, who is like a second mom to me.

Sunday I got called into work, and though I'd rather have that day off, I went in because these days money talks!! It was a short shift, and then I had dinner with some friends I hadn't seen in a long time. It was a great visit, with good conversation about politics, religion, etc. We are on totally different side of the fence in terms of both, and we'd drunk alot of wine, but not once did any tensions fly....I love that, you know, being able to share our thoughts and opinions, and not have it turn into some shouting match.

Today I'm just chillin...have only 1 gift left to buy, and that will be at my work, so I'll go down there today. Starbucks is having all their merchandise 20% off, so I get really good deals there. All my friends know exactly what to expect from me for Christmas!!
