Looking for Support Group in SACRAMENTO *HELP*

I'm looking for a support group that meets on the weekends.  This is for my mother & sister to look at attending.  I live in TX otherwise I'd be dragging her with me to mine.

She was approved in the past but decided not to have RNY.  Since I've had mine she's thought about it again and I don't think she is going to do it however I know and she knows that you don't have to have surgery to need a support group.

Please let me know if you there are any Support Groups that meet in the Sac area.

Seems like they have a support group in Elk Grove.   But, is she near Galt?  They have a support group on...  I'll have to get the day.    I'll find out tomorrow and let you know.

I am new to this whole thing I need to find a group also in the Sac / Elk Grove Area, Please post the Information.

Hey Im about 20 minutes from Sacramento, living in Rocklin..im also looking to find a support group in the area!! Im having my surgery through Kaiser Richmond and dont want to go to Richmond all the time just for a support group!
