Weigh in finds me down 5 pounds this week.... just finished four busy days off of work and you know how I am when I am not working.... I'm not eating either! LOL I'm back to work today so will be back in my "good" routine. I'll add some extra shakes and put a few pounds back on by next week.
Hope eveyone has a terrific day and stay safe in SoCal if you must be out driving. Looks like a wet day ahead!

I am holding my own for now which is okay. I will be stepping up the things I need to over the vacation so I can have a consistant routine. Gotta run need to hit the market for todays pot luck. Since I baked cookies already I got away with just bringing the paper goods.

I am down 1 pound!!! Today is work then shopping and cleaning house. I want to be done with all my shopping today, then I can relax and enjoy the rest of the holidays!!!
Just a quick note since I am at work trying to get some things done so I can get out of here early.

For WWW I am the same. This is definately a good a thing as I'm definately right where I want to be. When I saw my brother at Thanksgiving he said I was smaller than EVER. I tried to say Jr. High and he said "NO, EVER" That felt good. Mostly size 10, a couple size 8 and I am SUPER Happy.

Good Morning all. This morning finds me 6 pounds down! WhoooHoooo! My new pants came in yesterday (I have to order talls) and I bought a couple new sweaters on clearance at Penneys. Feeling good today.
Today finds me tring to get all this paper cleared out still and I have 2 web-based training sessions to attend (right from my computer).
My daughter came in last night around 1am. She brought a good friend up who flew in from North Carolina where he's stationed in the Marines. She will be spending the day putzing around and this after I get off work we're spending some time together. My parents are in town so she's going to hook up with them for a bit.
I'm off and running (have to - it's flippin' cold here!)
