EXERCISE - DRINK WATER - VITAMINS !

I decided to combine several posts all into one.  Make sure you get your water and vitamins in during the holidays.  We are all busy doing things for others.  But we must also take care of ourselves. 

During this weather, comfort foods are tempting.  Snug as a bug in blankets, and we slow down.  We also go into a hibernation mode.  That would be eat, sleep and not move. 

I had soup for lunch and want a thicker sweater.  BUT, I am also having fun.  I have been updating our travel preferences on Expedia and Alaska Airlines, and inputting our frequent hotel/car rental numbers.  I guess I am dreaming about family and traveling.  And it is keeping me out of all the bake goods (and chocolate) I have all over the place.  

So take care of yourself.  Treat youself like you would your best friend or child.  Someone in Calabasas is thinking about you!!!!!
