I know I know, I should come to coffee but I am so lazy in the mornings, lol  We'll see ;)

And about the anti-depressants, I do take them for 2 weeks out of the month for my PMS, which really helps.  But just as of lately due to $, work etc it's been rough.  Sucks.  It will get better though.  :)

Thank you for the kind words!!  And yeah, I KNOW when have I ever gained or lost that much weight in that amount of time, it's just amazing.  JUST when I think I broke Pouchy, he cranks up again and it starts to fall off!  YIPPEE!!!!

I'll consider tomorrow, I COULD go through my clothes tonight and bring them by.... They'd be 22's mostly and maybe some 20's in pants... would anyone need those?  They may have some cat hair on them, lol  I'll see what I can do.  If not, maybe the next one I can drop them off.

I lied, I just looked at my sig.... it's 51 till Dr's goal.... lol

Terrrrrrrrrriiffffiiic...You and all the OH family are such inspirations to me.  I watch each and every one of you to see if I am in the loop of "normal" events....and guess what!!??  I am!  As each day passes, its gets easier to feel free to be me....to not feel deprived and to not be hungry and be ok with it.  I can look back over 25 years and pinpoint when I was hungry, not hungry, depressed, obsessed, impulsive, compulsive...well, you get the picture.  I love eating to live instead of living to eat..and I have options that agree with me physically and emotionally.
