Hello Barb. I am so sad that today is Elfie's last day to be mysterious.  I have enjoyed being your special Elf and I am even more excited about your upcoming surgery.  As I have said before,  you have two more packages coming to you.  One should arrive tomorrow and the other is expected to be there on the 24th.  Sorry they were late. 
I wish you the best of luck and hope that our special time together has been as positive for you as it has been for me.  I look forward to getting to know you better and for you to know me.  ;)

Hi Elfie,

I think  having you as my special Elfie has been a special blessing this Christmas.  I always believe friends come into your life for a reaon, so welcome into mine.  No worries about anything coming late, you will just be the gift that keeps on giving

I also look forward to getting to know you better too.  Can't wait to find out who my Elfie really is cuz I have no clue.  Isn't that the best!!!
