Hi all..I have watched the boards and "Greek Yogurt" is often mentioned.  I bought some today at Trader Joe's, but I don't know how to use it to make it yummy...any suggestions??
Thanks in advance...

I put some sweetener in it always and sometimes I add fruit.

I tend to be a salty person, so I mix mine with Hidden Valley fiesta ranch or just ranch and dip everything you can dip in it.

I have tried mixing it with splenda and sf flavored syrups but it just didn't do it for me.
Hope that helps.

You can basically use it in anything calling for sour cream to add more protein. Some like it savory in dips. I prefer mine sweet so you can add sf syrups, sf jellies, sf jellos or pudding powders, fresh fruit and splenda, etc.

I use the 2% generic one, and I have 3 faves that I always tell people about, here they are...

Lemon ~ lemon pudding powder mix (about 1/3 small box), a splash of sf lemon Torani syrup, and a lemon Splenda stick and sometimes a splash of sf coconut Torani syrup

PB/Choc ~ choc. pudding powder mix (about 1/3 small box), about a Tbls. of peanut butter, a splash of sf Pbutter Torani syrup. If you aren't into the choc. you can still make this using cheesecake or white choc. pudding powder instead and it is PButter Heaven!!!

"green stuff" ~ pistachio pudding powder mix (about 1/3 small box), crushed pineapple, and a splash of sf coconut Torani syrup

sometimes I will add some of my Kashi Go Lean cereal for crunch!!!YUMMO!!!!
Hope this helps sweetie!!!! I LOVE GREEK YOGURT!!!!

Hey Kim
I found the greek yogurts a few months ago and am hooked now.  I am a little fresh fruit, a spenda and a little SF syrups or a dash of vanilla extract and then a little granola and bam, there you go a great breakfast with good protein.....you just kind of have to experiment....I want to try it as a dip like others have said.....

Have fun experimenting....

I get the Trader Joe's honey flavored greek yogurt.  No doctoring required, it's low in sugar, and honey begins metabolizing on your tongue, so no bad feelings.  I love yogurt!

I love FAGE 0% greek yogurt!! I put a tablespoon of no sugar fruit spread on it or fruit of any kind. Also, the SF syrups are pretty good as well.
