YES, like crazy especially since I live alone. I knew I wouldnt be able to do anything for a long time after surgery and I looking back I think it was a way to keep busy and my mind off my upcoming surgery. My house sparkled when I went into surgery, lol!!!

I nested like crazy!!!

Cleaning the entire apartment from top to bottom wasn't enough for me. I had to go out and rent a carpet cleaner too. My girlfriends came over and helped me move the furniture back.

I can remember the department meeting a couple of days before my surgery and announcing to my team that nesting had absolutely nothing to do with being pregnant and had everything to do with anxiety because I nested like crazy before my surgery. I was 2 parts needing to get everything clean and ready before I went into the hospital and was out of commission for a little while and 8 parts pure nervous energy! Enjoy it, I haven't cleaned like that since surgery, even though I have plenty of energy now, I just want to use that energy to go out and do fun stuff with my kids.

DEFINITLY! The last two weeks before surgery were crazy!
I would come home from work and just clean, make dinner and clean.
I wanted everything done so I would come home from the hospital feeling
relaxed knowing that the house, laundry and anything else was taken care of.
