My husband and daughter bought this Cuisinart Ice Cream Maker for me as a my Christmas present. I was so excited when I unwrapped it. It's gonna be perfect for after my RNY surgery 04-07-09. Of course I'll use it before then. Gotta try making some of Shelly's protein ice creams. The Egg Nog Protein Ice Cream is really good and I don't like egg nog either. My husband made some chocolate protein ice cream too.

LOL and you live in SoCal. It's 40 degrees this morning. No matter if its cold or hot, I love ice cream. Gonna be makin lots of protein ice cream after my surgery next year. Thanks for the comment!

The desert gets friggin cold as well not hell LOL...I know colder than a well diggers ass in a snow storm for sure. We were under frost advisory. It is only 41 right now at nearly 9:30 in the morning!

Yeah, yeah. That's what happens when your best friends husband tells you..lol But that's cool, I'm glad he told ya. We made regular vanilla ice cream last night. Tastes yummy, last time I'll eat ice cream made with sugar and heavy cream. But thats ok, I'd rather be thinner and healthy, instead of eating fattening ice cream. 11 more days girl and you'll be havin your RNY. YAY!
