Yup. I did it. This morning the scale read 199.5! Hot D*mn! The last time I lost a bunch of weight (on the very very expensive divorce diet) I made it to 204. Now I am where I haven't been in 25 years - since I was pregnant with my first son.

Jeremy showed me leg raises that get to the heart of abs.
You need a pole or column you can hang onto.
Lay down with your arms over your head and grab the pole.
*Lift your legs off the ground to a 90 degree angle (straight up)
Lower your legs to within a couple inches off the floor
Repeat from * 20 times
Warning, it's a killer. LOL
