Yippeeeeeee!  Congratulations.  Nothing like getting rid of meds.  Good luck on your Plastics, I'll be watching your progress as I'm still undecided how I'll feel when I get where I'm going. :-)

Happy New Year already, eh?

Holding steady at 124! Right within my range!

I've been working out more and harder and have noticed my muscle definition coming back post plastics. I can workout even harder now which I can't believe!

Happy New Year's Eve Janine & Cali!!! Today finds me 2 pounds down from last week. I am at a total of 90 pounds down and 6 pounds away from Onderland...woooohoooo!!! I will be spending NYE at church for our NYE service and Ethnic potluck. It's from 6-10pm, so I'll be home before midnight. I wish everyone a safe and sane NYE. If you're on the road, please be especially careful. Too many people drinking and driving. Have a great day everyone!! =)

Good Morning Janine and cali,

I am down 1 lb this week.  I had my 6mos followup with my surgeon yesterday.  He said I looked great and he said the weight loss is fantastick.  He is optimistic that my GI doctor wil fix the stricture problem.  I was doing great after the last stretching, but have had some difficulty the past 2 days.  I hope I don't have to go thru it again, but I guess time will tell.  I have lost a grand total of 85 lbs in 6mos.  WOO HOO!  and I feel great most of the time.

I have one more surgery (for my feet) on January 9th, so please keep possitive thoughts for me that the surgery will fix my plantars fasciitis.

Jean,
I am so happy for you. Congrats! let me know if there is anything you need.  You already look awesome, you will have to beat the men off with a stick when your all done with this transformation.

I am going to the Universal City Walk to bring in the New Year.  Should be crazy there, but I have been so introverted the past 20 years, I am looking forward to a little "crazy"  LOL

I hope everyone has a very safe, very Happy New Years

ongratulations on your great year, Linda.  It's been fun following your progress.  Keep up the good work and I'll keep up the good thoughts that you don't need more stretching and your plantars fasciitis is fixed.  You'll be able to run miles and miles and miiiiiiiles. :-)

Crazy is good! lol

Hi Jean,

I am so happy to hear your consult went well.  Congratulations to you.  We went to the citywalk.  BORING!  it was aweful, so we wound up leaving and went to a friends house and played games.  I had a great time there. LOL

Surgery should be a breeze.  The actual procedure only takes about 10 minutes and recovery is pretty quick.  I am getting a little tired of all the anesthesia I have had to go through lateley, but my quality of life has to be better than what it is right now.  I want to start being able to walk without it feeling like I am walking on broken heels.  I am having it at Long Beach Memorial and my sis in-law is taking me and picking me up.  Thank you for your offer, and I will call you if I need anything.  And you know I will be there for you girlfriend.  I am so excited for you.

Happy New Year,
Linda
