Pouch Rules!????
Yesterday while searching for basics or RNY rules to live by, I came across the "Pouch Rules". I hadn't heard of these rules before. The rules I remember are Eat Slowly, Chew everything well, and No drinking while eating -- etc. These pouch rules mention eating quickly and water loading. I have never heard of water loading 15 to 30 mins prior to eating.
My question is this something normal that I have been missing??? I need more info or opinions on the Pouch Rules.

Some people do waterload. I usually drink with my mini meals to help it all down. I keep my portion sizes small and eat 5-6 mini meals per day.
My doctor said protein first then veggies then other complex carbs. And stay away from simple carbs as they go down way too easy. He also said not to drink with meals, but said since I'm able to maintain well that if it works for me to keep doing what I'm doing.
Everyone is different.
